Our Story 

In Summer 2023, Michael Debrah (the Founder) visited Ghana with his best friend Rev. Dr Caleb Nyanni (Founder of Charis Global). It had been 12 years since Michael last visited. Although, the country had significantly improved in development and infrastructure, he was deeply moved by the immoral disproportionate gap between the rich and the poor. This situation played a lot on his mind when he returned home to the UK. Through prayer and reflection, Michael felt a divine calling to act and make a difference. 

This vision led to the creation of a Christian charity, which is currently fully self- funded with regular donations from a few generous supporters. The charity’s mission is to help lift single mothers and widows with children out of poverty, starting in Ghana and, with God's grace, expanding to the rest of the world. The Foundation works in partnership with Jesus Rescue Team and Charis Global, receiving moral and prayer support from Sparkbrook Elim Pentecostal Church in Birmingham (UK).
